LEGENDS OF ADTECH

Episode 4: The Innovator

Sara Vincent, Managing Director UK, Utiq

Welcome to Legends of Adtech: the podcast where we go beyond the buzzwords and straight to the people at the cold face of the adtech industry. Every two weeks, we sit down with the industry’s boldest thinkers, pioneers, and disruptors, to find out how they’re rewriting the game. This is their story.

In Episode Four, we sit down with another legend and winner of Adtech Personality of the Year: Sara Vincent, Managing Director UK at Utiq, for a fresh look at what it means to lead, innovate, and reset the rules in adtech. From her journey across publisher, SSP, and privacy-focused platforms to launching Utiq in the UK, Sara shares what she’s learned about balancing performance with purpose, building inclusive teams, and driving real innovation in data and identity. A true change-maker, she also reveals what she'd do differently if we rebuilt the industry from scratch, and the three words that define where we’re headed next.
