AdButler joins IAB Europe’s transparency and consent framework as a registered vendor
Independent ad serving platform strengthens privacy compliance credentials at Shoptalk Europe
VICTORIA, BC, Canada / Barcelona, Spain — June 10, 2026 — AdButler, an independent ad serving and retail media platform serving over 1,200 clients worldwide, today announced its approved status as a registered vendor in IAB Europe’s Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). AdButler has been assigned Vendor ID 977 and will be listed in the Global Vendor List (GVL).
The announcement coincides with AdButler’s attendance at Shoptalk Europe, where the team is on the ground meeting with retailers, publishers, and technology partners to discuss the future of retail media and privacy-first advertising. AdButler’s TCF registration reinforces the company’s readiness to support European clients navigating GDPR and ePrivacy compliance within their ad tech stacks.
The TCF, launched in April 2018, is a cross-industry voluntary standard developed by IAB Europe to facilitate compliance with certain provisions of the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR. It enables publishers, technology partners, and vendors to work together to provide users with a standardised experience when making privacy choices, including the ability to grant or withhold consent and exercise their right to object to data processing.
